What is our return policy?
Return Eligibility
We are happy to return items within 15 days (US) of the order ship date.
Gift cards, products without original packaging (the packaging must be complete without affecting secondary sales), and products marked as final promotions cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gift Receipts
If the gift recipient needs to return an item, please provide us with the order number from the order confirmation email. Your order number will not be included in your order packaging unless you choose to add a gift message at checkout. Gift recipients can contact us at info@senpo.shop for help with gift returns or start a gift return here.
US Return Policy Details
Returns are free at our store. Mail-in returns are subject to a $7 shipping label fee, which will be deducted from your refund once your return has been processed.
International Return Policy Details (Outside of the US)
Returns and exchanges outside the United States are not currently supported
Please note: Shipping costs are nonrefundable upon return for all countries, including the US.
*We do not accept cash payments and cannot process cash refunds. This also applies to mail-in and in-person returns from Return Bars (US).
